This is a treatment preformed with a tool called a FasciaBlaster, created by Ashley Black.  It’s fame to claim is to reduce cellulite and smooth the skins appearance.  It targets the Myofascial system with is a web layer throughout your body that encompasses muscles, groups of muscles, organs, body cavities etc. It’s designed like a huge spiderweb throughout your whole body.  After a process of heating the muscles the tool is then used to “sustain pressure to loosen and lengthen constricted fascia. It breaks down adhesions between the tissues and softens and re-aligns them, freeing up muscles and allowing easier and more effective movement.” It’s important to note that this is not for everyone, you need to be well hydrated and aware that side effects may occur, which include but not limited to bruising, soreness and increase of toxin flow.
